Can I book lessons on the phone?

You are welcome to book a lesson over the phone. If we are currently teaching, please send us a message with your phone number, and we will call you back within a few hours.

How long does a language lesson take?

Individual lessons are either 45 or 90 minutes long, while group lessons are 60 or 90 minutes long. The trial lesson lasts 30 minutes.

Is trial lesson free?

Yes, you can book a 30-minute trial lesson at no cost.

What is the trial lesson about?

It gives you an opportunity to experience our teaching methods. Additionally, the tutor can learn about your level of Hungarian, your goals, and the specific topics that interest you.

Can I try a placement test without booking a lesson?

Yes, please feel free to complete our placement test at any time! It’s an excellent way to get feedback on your current level of Hungarian without any obligation.

Which online platforms do you use?

We prefer conducting the lessons via Zoom, but we are happy to use Google meets if that is your preference.

How can I create my personal account?

Booking a lesson will automatically create your customer account. Before leaving the booking panel, press ‘Access to your account’ to ensure future access.

On your next visit, log in with your email address through the ‘Your Account’ panel, where you can manage your booked lessons (reschedule or cancel them). You can also log out from this panel.

To book new lessons, visit the booking panel, but make sure to log in through the ‘Your Account’ panel first.

How can I log in and log out?

You can log in and log out through the ‘Your Account’ panel. Your customer account is automatically created when you book your first lesson, but you must press the ‘Access to your account’ button to ensure future access.

How can I pay for the lessons?

If you have scheduled a trial lesson, there is no charge. All additional lessons must be paid for in advance.

To complete the billing process, please provide us with your full name and address. We will send you the invoice within one to two days. You can pay by card (via OTP Simple Pay) or by bank transfer, according to your preference.

If you reschedule or cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. For more information about our prices, please refer to the “Our Courses & Prices” section.

How many lessons do I need to book?

You can book a single lesson or as many lessons as you like in advance—for a week, two weeks, or even a month.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which allows you to reschedule or receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson.

What about my personal data?

We handle your personal data with great care. We only require your full name and address for billing purposes. For more details, please review our Privacy Notice.
