full name, e-mail address, telephone  number (optional) and their address. We need their address for billing purposes.

Those who fill out our placement test collect their:

first name or username and their email address.

In each case, we collect such information only insofar as it is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction and ensure our services. We don’t disclose personally identifying information other than as described above.

We disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to the employees, and contractors named above who provide the services available for you or for our website, and that have agreed not to disclose it to others.

If you are a registered user of our website and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about our new features, just keep you up to date with what’s going on with us.

The Data Controller shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of data security appropriate to the risk, taking into account the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

Data security measures are required by contractual obligations for all developers and suppliers, as well as by internal documents ensuring commercial confidentiality, particularly the Data Management and Security Policy, which is mandatory for all employees.

The Service Provider will take all necessary steps to ensure the security of personal data provided by Users, including:

• Physical protection
• IT security

User have rights to transparent information, communication, and facilitation of their rights.

User have right to access prior information if personal data is collected from the User.

User’s Right of Access

Users have the right to receive confirmation from the Data Controller regarding whether their personal data is being processed. If processing is ongoing, Users have the right to access their personal data and related information as described in Article 15 of the Regulation.

Right to Rectification

Upon the User’s request, the Data Controller shall correct inaccurate personal data without undue delay. Considering the purpose of processing, the User also has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration (Article 16 of the Regulation).

Retention and Deletion of Data

A User’s account and related data will be deleted from the website:

• Automatically when the User stops learning Hungarian with the Service Provider.
• Upon the User’s request (e.g., if the User no longer uses the online booking platform). Requests can be made via email or letter.

Upon request, the Data Controller shall delete the User’s personal data without undue delay. However, invoices must be retained for 8 years under the Accounting Act. Therefore, personal data contained in invoices will be stored for this period.

Destruction of Data

After the termination of data processing rights, the Data Controller shall render recorded personal data irreversibly unrecognizable, ensuring it cannot be restored by any IT program.
